Roble Jama Juridik

Roble Jama is a behavioral scientist with legal specialization offering advisory in social, employment, and migration law. He works digitally across Sweden with physical meetings in Stockholm.

Roble had no digital presence and handled all client cases manually. He needed a professional website that builds trust, a simple way for clients to describe their case, and automated handling so every inquiry reaches him directly via email.

The central requirement was clear: every case must land in Roble's inbox. Nothing must be lost. No extra systems to learn.

A dark, sleek site that stands out in legal industry. Most law firms use light, formal designs: we chose a darker palette with gold accents signaling both modernity and seriousness.

Instead of a traditional contact form we built a 4-step form: choose legal area, describe case, fill in contact details, review before sending. Each step shows with animations and clear progress.

When a case is submitted, three things happen automatically: the case is saved in the database, the client gets a confirmation email with summary, and Roble gets a notification with all information and quick buttons to reply or call directly.

The project was developed in four phases, from quick prototype to optimized production. Each phase built on feedback from the previous.
