Services

Benbo provides web development, consulting, and related services according to agreed proposals. Each project is specified in a separate proposal that forms the basis of the agreement.

Pricing and payment

All prices are exclusive of VAT. Payment is 50% at project start and 50% upon approved delivery. Invoices have 30 days payment terms. Late payment interest is charged according to Swedish law.

Delivery

Delivery times are stated in the proposal and are estimates. Benbo commits to deliver within a reasonable time and to communicate any delays.

Ownership

All source code and design created within a project is transferred to the client upon final payment. The client owns all code and can use it freely.

Limitation of liability

Benbo's liability is limited to the amount the client has paid for the service. Benbo is not liable for indirect damages, lost profit, or data loss.

Force majeure

Neither party is liable for delays or non-performance due to circumstances beyond the party's control.

Disputes

Disputes shall primarily be resolved through negotiation. If the parties cannot agree, the dispute is resolved by Swedish court under Swedish law.
